How do charities get paid?
Charities receive payouts weekly via M-Pesa or bank transfer. You can track all incoming donations and payouts in your charity dashboard in real-time.
What is included in the 2.5% fee?
The fee covers payment processing, platform maintenance, donor management tools, analytics, QR code generation, and 24/7 support. There are no hidden fees.
Will trading stocks cost money?
When we launch trading, we will charge a small commission per trade (typically $1-2 or 0.5%, whichever is higher). Browsing stocks, the halal screener, and watchlist features will remain free.
How do I know my donations reach the charity?
Every donation is tracked and receipted. Charities receive weekly payouts automatically. You can see your complete donation history and impact metrics in your dashboard.
